Lyna Ouandjeli
Lyna Ouandjeli is a researcher at the European Institute for Studies on the Middle East and North Africa (EISMENA). A consultant specializing in conflict analysis, international law, and geopolitics in the Middle East, North Africa, and the Sahel, she has led research projects and facilitated dialogues in France and Iraq. Holding degrees in European Law, International Relations, and Conflict Resolution/Arbitration, her work combines academic rigor with applied practice. Trilingual in French, English, and Spanish, and advancing her Arabic, she brings analytical depth alongside the ability to produce high-quality, accessible analyses and narratives in policy and research. She regularly publishes articles for our institute as well as for international media. She also appears on television panels to provide analysis on current geopolitical developments in the Middle East and North Africa.
Alongside her research activities, she coordinates collaborative projects at EISMENA with French, European, and international partners, resulting in conferences at the Senate, in Erbil, and other locations.
