With a PhD in Political Science, he is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the University of Douala. He has worked on a wide range of issues across Africa, including defence and healthcare. He is a member of the International Public Policy Association (Paris) and the Association for the Study of War and Strategy (Paris).
