This article argues that Palestine is being strategically marginalized at the very moment its humanitarian, civic, and territorial crisis is deepening. In Gaza, the deterioration is no longer adequately captured by the language of short-term emergency; it reflects the sustained erosion of the conditions required for organized civilian life. In the West Bank, a parallel process is unfolding through settler violence, movement restrictions, land pressure, and the progressive fragmentation of Palestinian presence.
