Doctor in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Salamanca (Spain). He is a lecturer at the Université Lumière Lyon II (France) but also teaches at the Institut Libre des Relations Internationales et des Sciences Politiques – ILERI Nice (France). He is an associate researcher at the “Security and Geopolitics in the MENA Region” laboratory of the Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla – BUAP (Mexico)
