David Rigoulet-Roze is a research fellow at EISMENA and l’Institut français d’analyse stratégique (IFAS), specializing in the Middle East and, more specifically, the Arabian Peninsula. He is also editor-in-chief for the Journal “Orients Stratégiques” at l’Harmattan.
