Maneli Mirkhan is a strategic advisor on international affairs and public policy, specializing in Iran, based in Paris. She is the founder of the Iran Observatory and DORNA, the only public policy institute in France dedicated to Iran. She is the European Policy Advisor at United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI) and an advisor to the Economic Security Council of Ukraine.
